WELCOME TO TREPTOWN
By 2025, a place where Work and Life blend naturally, will grow here on the site of the former Schuckert-Höfe and directly at Treptower Park. We are located between the city center and the new airport and are part of the south-eastern Berlin’s (Berlin S.O) “boom corridor”, where the capital's economic and urban development is most dynamic. Treptown is one of the former industrial districts and site in transformation close to the city centre creating what are probably Berlin's most important spaces of the future. The future of working, learning and urban living in a multi-faceted mix for Treptow and all of Berlin.

FUTURE WORK MEETS LIFE
WHERE WORK AND LIFE ARE EFFORTLESSLY BLENDED

The area has been home to trailblazers and great ideas for the past 130 years. Pioneering hybrid urban destinations, we aim to continue this tradition by integrating productivity, exchange, creativity and recreation at this place. This is where work will meet leisure, sports will meet play, and the past will meet the future.
IN-THE-MIDDLE MEETS OUT-OF-THE-BOX
Welcome to Hotspot Berlin South-East! Located at the heart of the Spree Creative Belt and surrounded by numerous mobility and leisure options, it offers access to everything. Close to the new city airport, optimally connected to public transport (Ringbahn) and directly adjacent to Treptower Park, the area is at the heart of south-eastern Berlin’s “boom corridor”.

TRADITION MEETS TRANSFORMATION
The former industrial lands at Treptower Park played a key role in the industrial revolution. In 1893, the Naglo brothers established the Gebrüder Naglo telegraph company here, as pioneering entrepreneurs of electrical industry. The company later became the Siemens-Schuckertwerke in 1903. In 1904, the Feibisch carpet factory was added to the site. From 1950 to 1992, the printing plant of the Free German Trade Union Federation was also located here. Today, we are transforming 18,000 m² of the historic buildings into a place for the new world of work. By completely renovating and restoring 2,500 m² of landmark-protected space within the machine hall and coach house, we are awakening the site from its slumber and making it a vibrant space for everyone.
HERITAGE MEETS THE ART OF BUILDING

THE AREA
A total of 10 building sections will be created that will meet all the requirements of the modern world of work, today and tomorrow. In doing so, we are aware of our social and ecological responsibilities as project developers. For us, this means developing existing buildings and aiming for LEED Platinum certification for the new buildings. We are particularly focused on the interiors and acquiring pre-certification with respect to their digital connectivity and the health and well-being of their occupants. And naturally, we will ensure that the development offers a diverse range of uses, a welcoming atmosphere and accessibility not only for future tenants but for all our neighbours and Berliners.
